Confirmed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Awutu Senya East in the Central Region, Madam Anita Love Obo Amissah, has officially assumed office to help steer affairs of the Assembly for the next three and half years.
The Coordinating Director of the Assembly, Mr C K Opoku, welcomed the new MCE into office and introduced her to the various departmental heads and Staff of the Assembly.
On his part, the Coordinating Director urged the entire staff to support the MCE in the execution of her mandate.
As part of her agenda to achieving success, the MCE took the opportunity to associate herself with the various departments within the Assembly and also interacted with the staff to get familiarized with the working environment.
Madam Amissah, expressed her appreciation to the Coordinating Director and the entire staff for the warm reception shown her and indicated that, she will run an open door administration to ensure the smooth running of the Assembly.
She appealed for support from various departmental heads and staffs of the Assembly to in her quest achieve President’s vision to transform Ghana.
